52 South Rewards & Welcome Wheel Terms
Please read these conditions before joining or using a Welcome Wheel invitation.
Promoter
The promoter is RDSS HOLDINGS PTY LTD trading as 52 South Cafe & Restaurant, 52 Marys Hope Road, Rosetta TAS 7010.
Eligibility and entry
Membership and the Welcome Wheel are open only to people aged 21 years or older. Membership is free and no purchase is required to join or spin. One membership and up to two Welcome Wheel spins per calendar week are permitted per person. Employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
Weekly allowance
A member may spin at any time, up to twice from Monday 12:00 am through Sunday 11:59 pm Australia/Hobart time. The allowance resets each Monday. A new private invitation remains available for 14 days, must be requested for each spin and must not be forwarded or shared.
Prizes and chance
Every valid spin receives one prize. The available prizes and chances per spin are: 10% discount (31%), free soft drink (26%), free coffee (20%), free milkshake (12%), free chicken fried rice (6%), and free chicken kottu (5%). The result is selected and recorded by the server; the on-screen wheel is a visual reveal of that result.
Redemption
The prize QR must be shown to an authorised 52 South team member and redeemed in person within 24 hours of the recorded spin time. Staff must scan the QR, verify access with the current staff PIN, review the member name and prize, and confirm redemption after providing the reward. QR rewards are single use, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with another offer. One prize applies per customer visit. Food and drink prizes are subject to availability; where an item is unavailable, 52 South may offer a reasonable substitute of similar value.
Verification and misuse
52 South may verify membership and age before redemption. We may refuse or cancel an invitation or prize affected by duplicate registration, tampering, automated access, false information or a technical error. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Member identity details are used to administer membership, prevent duplicates, issue private links and record prizes. Private tokens are stored as one-way hashes. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
Changes
52 South may reasonably pause or change the program, prize availability or future invitation periods. A prize already validly awarded will be honoured according to the conditions shown at the time, subject to law.
